  I made a appointment with service to install a radio in to my truck in December. I showed up to my appointment at 3:00pm at the springhill store only for them to inform me that the installer quite and that I could not get my service done today. That is not what upset me, the fact that no one contacted me to let me know was upsetting. Then the manager of the geek squad said I would have to go to New Port Richey Best Buy. I was okay with traveling to another Best Buy, it was going to be months out. He did not even try to get me in sooner and also informed me that they should have never been able to schedule an appointment for this day at all making me feel like it was my problem. I will let my radio set before I schedule an appointment with this company again.

  Was told they (the store personnel) could care less if I remained a customer or not. Manager echoed the same sentiments. Nice!!!! Last time I go there. I’ll take more of my local business on line moving forward.
