I'm a beginner at yoga but with the help of skilled teachers at house of light yoga I felt very comfortable and relaxed. Between the atmosphere and safe rejuvenating yoga practice I am hoocked. Thank you Kasia for allowing me to practice yoga at your amazing studio.
