  Ive worked with Jason and Randy on several projects. They are very professional, easy to communicate with, and have realistic pricing and scheduling. Ill be back. Again and again.

  Buyers beware. Jason and Randy were so friendly while selling me flooring that I selected the laminate right away and put down a deposit. But then I got a call from Jason saying the flooring I purchased was really out of stock and could I come in and select another. I proceeded with the substitute laminate anyway. The installers were nice and kind enough to tell me to use a laminate floor cleaner and a dry dust mop since what I had wound up purchasing could not be wet mopped. Unfortunately, Jason never bothered to mention that when he was selling me the product. I was also sold 1/4 round trim which I later learned I didn't need. A little over a year later I noticed minor buckling at the seams in three areas: Hallway, Family Room and Master Bedroom. After numerous calls, a manufacturer's representative was sent to inspect the floor. They said they were not responsible because it was not a manufacturing defect. But I later learned that the type of locking laminate I had purchased was difficult to install. In areas where too much force is applied to lock it in place, buckling can occur. Yet they never bothered to send the original installer out to look at it to propose a fix. They lost out on a major kitchen remodel as a result of their appalling customer service, but at least I have the satisfaction of not having given them any more business.

  Was supposed to do kitchen floor and base boards in a bedroom and bedroom closets. Tried to charge for the job that was not complete and then called us liars and that they had finished. Couldnt get a hold of the actual workers but argued that it was done. Bad customer service. Will never recommend or use again.

  My husband and I met with Jason on Friday, July 8, 2016 and the owner of Nature Coast Flooring & Cabinets to quote us for full kitchen remodel at our home. Jason told me that to move forward we would need to get in touch with a contractor to help with the remodeling, which was fine with us. Jason told me that he has a contractor that his company uses, and he would call the contractor on the following Monday to schedule a day when we could all meet again. I told Jason that my husband had 2 vacation days off from work the following week on (July 14-15) Thursday & Friday, so that would be fine. He said he would contact me early in the week to let me know what day and time we could meet with the contractor and with Nature Coast Flooring again. However, Jason never called me like promised. It's 9 days later and I still have NOT HEARD FROM THIS COMPANY. It doesn't bother me that maybe they were too busy to get the contractor out to see me, but how much time does it take to pick up the phone and call the customer who is planning on spending THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS with your company!!! How can I trust a company like this to gut and completely remodel the kitchen if I can't trust them to make a phone call? Obviously, customer service is UNIMPORTANT TO THEM! OR MAYBE BUSINESS IS SO GOOD THAT THEY DON'T NEED MY BUSINESS! I will use my home equity line with a company that cares about our business and will keep their word.
