  Gun department understaffed. Biggest problem for me though is dogs (pets) in the store. I've seen dogs get angry and go on a barking spree that made me wonder if someone was going to get attacked. If someone gets hurt and they have a lawsuit maybe they will finally keep these mutts out of the store. I know Rural King thinks it brings customers in by allowing dogs, but have to wonder how many folks stay away because of this policy. I love my pets, but don't feel the need to take them into stores to maybe get a little bit of attention. This of course doesn't apply to service animals.
