  Had to pick up a very large and heavy item. Walmart staff were very helpful. They (two people) brought the item to my small car, somehow managed to load it in, and tied the trunk down to secure it. Afterward, they refused a tip! All in all a great shopping experience! Thanks a million to the cashier, as well as the two people that loaded our car! God bless you all!

  I had trouble finding the plastic clips for the blinds. I happened to stop Otto, who was walking with another associate in the opposite direction and asked him if he knew where I could find some. He didn’t just tell me which isle he thought they might be in, he walked me over to where he thought he saw some and he took the time to help me find them. It was wonderful to receive excellent customer service. Thank you, Otto! You are outstanding!
